How to find and install Netflix games

Netflix has released a number of original titles, both movies and series, which have been a huge success. Netflix games are available for iOS and Android. You will not get a game to play on your PC or console but there are several different titles that you can play on your phone. The games are free to play, however, you must have a Netflix account (and a membership) to play them.

If you keep the Netflix app updated, you’ll see a new Games tab at the bottom. Go to this games tab and you will see a list of available games. There are currently five titles available;

  5. Teeter Up (Frosty Pop)

Go to the Games tab, and select the game you want to play. You will be able to download and play it.

All games are available though, the tab may not be visible with all Netflix accounts just yet. That doesn’t mean you can’t play the game. It just means you have to search for and download from the app store for your phone.

The key to downloading the official Netflix games is to know what the game is called, and make sure that the title you are downloading was developed by Netflix. Developer information can be found on the game details / card page on both the App Store and Google Play Store.

  1. Open the Google Play Store on Android or the App Store on iOS.
  2. Watch for Netflix game eg Stranger Things: 1984.
  3. Confirm that Netflix is ​​the developer.
  4. Download the game (enter your Google password or Apple ID if needed).
  5. Open the game.
  6. Select the Netflix profile you want to play as (each profile gets its own game profile and scorecard).
