How to open the Volume mixer on Windows 11

The fill mixer is an excellent tool for volume management on a per-app basis. 1. Open Volume Mixer

To open the filling mixture,

  1. Tap on the Win + R keyboard shortcut to open the run box.
  2. In the Runbox, enter SndVol.exe and tap the Enter key.
  3. The filling mixture will open.
  4. To attach it to the taskbar, go to the desktop.
  5. Right-click an empty space on the desktop and select New> Shortcut.
  6. In the settings field, enter SndVol.exe and click Next.
  7. Name the Volume Mixer shortcut.
  8. Right-click the shortcut and select Pin to Taskbar.
  9. You can delete the shortcut after it has been crushed.

2. Open Volume Mixer – options app

If you want to open the fill mix in the Settings app, follow these steps.

  1. Right-click the speaker icon in the system tray.
  2. Select Volume Mixer.
  3. The Settings app opens to the volume mix panel.

3. Ear Trumpets

East Trumpet is a free third-party app that adds a reasonable size mixer to the system tray. With this app, you can change the volume on a per-app basis and it opens with just one click.

  1. Visit the Ear page Microsoft Store page and click Find.
  2. Open the Microsoft Store app when prompted with the browser.
  3. Click Install.
  4. Once the app is installed, open it.
  5. The app will add a speaker icon to the system tray.
  6. Click on the icon to open the fill mix.

Conclusion

Of the many things that Microsoft has removed or made inconvenient to access Windows, the fill mix is ​​one of the worst crimes. The filling mixture is useful and users have to jump through hoops to get to it. The mixer that was ported to, or added to, the Settings app has the same features but is a bit clunky to use compared to the mixer that Windows users have had in more versions that’s it. Ear Trumpet makes a better fill mix than the Settings app. Hopefully Microsoft will not scrape the SndVol.exe function on Windows 11.
