How to get a Google meeting scheduler

Google Meet allows you to create a meeting for a date and future but its registration feature is very different from Zoom’s feature and Microsoft’s Team registration feature. Instead of providing users with a registration interface where users can select a date and time, they get a link.

If you want a real meeting schedule that comes with a build date and time, you already have one in Google Calendar format. You can create an event and add a Google Meet link directly.

To set up a Google Meet meeting, and send invitations for it, follow the steps below.

  1. Open Google Calendar (you can visit this link directly).
  2. Sign in to the Google account using Google Meet le.
  3. Click Create at the top left.

  3. Click Join Google Meet. A link will be added.
  4. Click Save.

  7. Click Send.

If you already have a Google Meet connection, you can use it at an event.

  1. Create a Google Calendar Event.
  2. A. a new link will be created in the UI event. Expand it by clicking the arrow button.
  3. Click on the edit icon next to the link.
  4. Add the link you already have.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Send updates to all invitations.


Google Meet requires meeting guests to sign in with a Google account. Servers are free to use without account but hosts are not. Any meeting guest who has a Google account will have access to Google Calendar where a meeting can be scheduled. If you click the New Meeting button, you will get a Schedule in the Google Calendar option that you can use to create an event.
