1. Tog WiFi

Your network connection, whether it is a WiFi connection or using mobile data, may be having problems communicating with your device. Take them both off, and then back.

On iPhone:

  1. Open the Options app.
  2. go to WiFi.
  3. Turn the Put off.
  4. go to Mobile data.
  5. Turn the Put off.
  6. Leave the Instagram app: swipe up and nice.

3. Clear data / app cache (Android)
